West Park Cultural Center is dedicated to providing arts and community support programs. Since 2001 we have offered a wide range of programs and events including a Jazz series, the annual West Park Arts Fest, summer program for children (Camp Ginkgo), and afterschool arts including dance, ceramics, music, theatre, media, and fiber arts. Community support programs began in 2002 with adult literacy for ages 18 and up with adult basic education, GED, and computer classes.

Programming reaches out into the community and brings community into Fairmount Park. Program venue partners include School of the Future, Fairmount Park Horticulture Center, West Philadelphia Senior Community Center, and Peoples Emergency Center.
